Abyss: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (1) Jae-Ha Kim Jae-Ha Kim (Substack) The serial killer element of "Abyss" is intriguing and holds your interest, even though it's clear from the get-go who the murderer is. There is an accomplice. While you won't be 100 percent sure who that might be, your first guess is probably correct. Rated: 2.5/4 Jul 28, 2023 Full Review Abyss: Season 1 | Rotten Tomatoes (2) Joel Keller Decider The show's name, Abyss, sounds more like the name of a dark sci fi adventure than a light mystery drama, but once you get past the name, the show is entertaining, albeit somewhat predictable. David E Average. Nothing special. Hyped up but no real drama. Rated 1.5/5 Stars • Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 02/21/24 Full Review evelyn It was a good show, I just didn't like how it painted Jang Heejin as the villain and how the show tries to make you think Seyeon is a bigger victim than Heejin when Heejin suffered abuse her whole life and got blackmailed by her own stepfather while Seyeon went through literally nothing. I also don't like how they call anybody who looks like cha min ugly in 100 different ways, if you look like cha min and you're building your self esteem i recommend you do not watch this show. Its a good show but it got boring when some of the episodes were just kissing scenes but its a romcom so what can i say. Rated 3/5 Stars • Rated 3 out of 5 stars 10/23/23 Full Review Audience Member Times wasted...Concept is original, however, main characters are not too bright... Rated 0.5/5 Stars • Rated 0.5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member Honestamente la serie tenia una trama original, pero me pareció que a medida que avanzaba la serie se volvía mas y mas conveniente para los personajes teniendo un final feliz que a mi parecer no era lo que esperaba Rated 3/5 Stars • Rated 3 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member What an amazing show, I really don't understand the bad press about it. It was everything I want in a show and felt like I read a great book instead of a show. It will stay with me for years. Wonderful job, an ideal. Rated 5/5 Stars • Rated 5 out of 5 stars 01/09/23 Full Review Audience Member I really cried a lot after finishing the whole season!
